Avocado Bacon and Eggs

1 avocado, medium-sized
1 ½ egg, large
1 ½ tbsp feta cheese
40 g cooked bacon, crumbled
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C .

Cook the bacon.

3 step

Remove the pit from avocado. With a spoon, scoop out some of the avocado so it's a tad bigger than your egg and yolk.

4 step

Place in a muffin pan to keep the avocado stable while cooking.

5 step

Crack your egg and add it to the inside of your avocado.

6 step

Sprinkle a little cheese and cooked bacon on top with a pinch of salt.

7 step

Cook for 13-17 minutes. Serve warm.
