Bacon With Spinach and Cranberries

1 tbsp butter
130 g bacon
1 ½ tbsp pecans
1 tbsp cranberries, frozen
1 ½ cup spinach
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Fry bacon strips in butter over medium high heat until golden brown and crispy.

2 step

Add spinach and spices to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until wilted. Turn off the heat.

3 step

Add cranberries and nuts and serve immediately.
