Keto fried eggs with spinach and bacon

Products

3 ½ eggs
1 tbsp butter
50 g bacon
1 ¾ cup spinach
1 ½ tbsp pecans
1 ½ tbsp frozen cranberries
2 pinch salt
2 pinch black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Heat part of the butter in a large skillet over high heat.

2 step

Cook the spinach until it's lightly browned and wilted.

3 step

Remove the spinach from the pan and set aside. Add the bacon in the same frying pan and cook until crispy.

4 step

Add the cranberries.

5 step

Chop the pecan nuts and add them, stirring occasionely.

6 step

Return the cooked spinach to the pan and stir.

7 step

Remove the spinach mixture from the pan. Add the rest of the butter and crack the eggs in the hot skillet. Fry until desired doneness and sprinkle with salt and black pepper, if desired.

Arrange everything in a plate and enjoy!
