Quick Tuna and Eggs plate

1 avocado
3 ½ eggs
190 g tuna in olive oil
3 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 ¾ cup baby spinach
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Boil the eggs for 4-8 minutes depending on how you like them − whether you like them – runny or hard boiled.

In a large plate, arrange the tuna fish.

Add mayonnaise.

4 step

Slice the boiled eggs and arrange them as you like.

5 step

Garnish with baby spinach.

6 step

Slice the avocado and place it on the side.

7 step

Garnish with lemon, if you wish.
