Chilli Roasted Chicken Thighs

1 ½ tbsp butter, unsalted
190 g chicken thighs
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
2 pinch chilli powder
2 pinch sea salt
1 ½ tsp fresh cilantro
2 pinch ground black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.

2 step

Place chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and butter and turn to coat. Rub with chili powder, salt, and pepper.

3 step

Move the chicken in baking dish.

4 step

Roast chicken thighs until cooked through, about 15 minutes.

5 step

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges, if you wish.
