Sesame Low Carb Cloud Bread

Products

3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 ½ tbsp sesame seeds, either black or white toasted
½ tsp baking powder
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Beat egg whites and baking powder together until stiff peaks form.

2 step

Warm cream cheese in the microwave oven on low- medium heat for about 30 seconds at 10 seconds at a time just until softened. Mix with a spoon and set aside to cool.

3 step

Mix the egg yolks with the melted cream cheese.

4 step

Add your beaten yellow egg and cream cheese mixture to the egg white peaks. Gently fold together just until mixed.

5 step

Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper (parchment paper). Place a dollop of your low carb bread batter on to your lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6 step

Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
