Caesar salad

Products

170 g chicken breasts
40 g bacon
3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ cup Romaine lettuce
½ lemon, zest and juice
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

In a skillet over medium high heat olive oil and add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Cook on both sides until golden brown.

3 step

Add the bacon in the skillet.

4 step

Cook until crispy and golden brown.

5 step

Make the dressing by mixing the parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, lemon zest, mustard, mayonnaise.

6 step

Squeeze lemon juice at the end.

7 step

Shred the lettuce in a large bowl and add the prepared dressing.

8 step

Mix well.

9 step

Arrange chicken breasts, salad, crumble bacon on top and sprinkle with shtredded parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
