Mini Zucchini Avocado Burgers

Products

½ avocado, cut into small slices
190 g ground beef
1 ¾ cup zucchini, chopped into thick slices
1 ½ tsp olive oil
2 pinch salt
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 ½ tbsp mustard
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with olive oil. Slice the zucchini into thick circles and place them on the baking tray.

Form small balls from the ground beef and press into patties and place on the baking tray.

3 step

Place the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.

4 step

Bake until patties are golden brown.

5 step

Place the mini beef patties over the zucchini "bun".

6 step

Add the avocado slice, mayo, and mustard to the patty.

7 step

Place the other zucchini circle over the pattie. Secure with a toothpick. Your bite burgers are ready! Enjoy!
