Tuna Salad

Products

1 small avocado, diced
170 g tuna, fresh or canned
½ cup spinach
½ cucumber
1 ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pinch salt
1 lemon juice
2 pinch black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Slice the cucumber and the avocado and mix them in a medium bowl.

2 step

Squeeze the lemon over them.

3 step

In another bowl, mix the tuna fish, mayonnaise, the mustard.

4 step

Combine the veggie mixture with the fish mixture and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

5 step

Mix well.

6 step

In a dish, place baby spinach and arrange the tuna mixture on top. Enjoy!
