Boiled eggs

4 ½ eggs
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil over medium high heat.

When the water is boiling, gently place the eggs one at a time, using a tablespoon or slotted spoon. Lower the heat.

Set a timer and cook the eggs according to how soft or hard you’d like them

Boil the eggs until they are soft- medium or hard-boiled. Here’s a time-table: 6 minutes for runny yolk and soft egg white; 7 minutes for gooey yolk; 8 minutes to soft, but firm enough yolk; 10 minutes – almost hard-boiled eggs; 15 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

Keep in mind that time may vary depending on the eggs ‘size, the power of your stove, etc.
