Pork Chops

4 ½ tbsp Parmesan cheese
170 g center cut thin pork chops
1 ½ tsp butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 pinch black pepper
1 ½ tsp parsley
1 ½ tsp thyme
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Let's prepare the marinade for our chops. In a small bowl, add the melted butter and coconut oil

Add spices: black pepper, thyme, salt.

Shredd the cheese and add it.

And then add fresh parsley.

Brush the pork chops with the marinade. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.

Bake in a greased dish for 20-25 min or until desired doneneness.
