15-Minute Marinated steak salad

Products

310 g beef steak
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 ¾ cup lettuce
2 ½ tbsp olive oil
¾ cup radishes, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped into slices
2 pinch salt
1 lemon, juiced
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Marinade the steak in the soy sauce.

2 step

Place olive oil into a frying pan on high heat and cook the marinated steak (or grill the steak) to the level of doneness you like.

3 step

Prepare the salad by tossing the bell pepper, radishes and lettuce with the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

4 step

Place the steak on a plate for 1 minute. Cut the steak into slices, and place half of the slices on top of the salad.

5 step

Serve and enjoy!
