Salmon-Spinach Stew

Products

270 g salmon fillets
¾ cup zuchhini
3 eggs
1 ½ cup spinach, roughly chopped
2 ¼ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp garlic
1 lemon juice
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Pour the chicken broth into a large saucepan and start heating it up.

Add the spinach to the broth.

3 step

Chop the zucchini and the garlic and add them, too.

4 step

Chop up the salmon into strips or chunks and drop into the saucepan.

5 step

Squeeze the lemon.

6 step

Spice it up with black pepper and salt.

7 step

Crack the eggs into the pot and let them cook like poached eggs.Cook until most of the liquid evaporates.
