Spicy Chicken With Avocado

190 g chicken breasts, diced
1 avocado
3 ½ tbsp coconut oil
1 ½ green pepper, diced
1 ½ tsp garlic
1 ½ tsp chilli peppers, crushed
1 ½ tsp olive oil
2 pinch salt
1 ½ tbsp mustard
2 pinch black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Cut the chicken meat into bite-size pieces and mix it well with the spices.

2 step

Sautée the spice rubbed chicken pieces in coconut oil on medium heat.

3 step

When the chicken is cooked, transfer into a plate and serve with diced pepper and avocado.
