Keto chicken wings with creamy broccoli

Products

¾ cup broccoli
190 g chicken wings
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
3 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
3 pinch chopped fresh dill
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
1 ½ tsp red hot chilli peppers, crushed
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Prepare your marinade by mixing the olive oil with salt, ground ginger and chilli flakes.

Place the chicken wings in a ziploc bag and add the prepared marinade.

Shake well to coat the wings evenly.

4 step

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the marinated chicken wings. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the wings are golden brown.

5 step

While the chicken wings are in the oven, bring a pot with water to a boil and cook the broccoli.

6 step

Mix the steamed broccoli with salt, fresh dill, black pepper and mayo.

7 step

Stir well until combined.

8 step

Serve chicken with the broccoli and enjoy!
