Keto Beef

Products

170 g ground beef
1 ½ tbsp butter, unsalted
40 g bacon
1 ½ tbsp sour cream
¾ cup brussels sprouts, cut in halves
3 tbsp shredded cheese
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and melt butter. Add the bacon, stirring frequently.

Add the brussels sprouts to the bacon and continue stirring. Season with salt, black pepper.

3 step

Add the cream and stir well until most of the liquid is evaporated. Remove and set aside. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C.

Add the ground beef to the skillet.

5 step

Cook until golden-brown.

6 step

Place the bacon and brussels sprouts mixture into a baking dish.

7 step

Add the ground beef on top.

8 step

Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and season with oregano, basil and thyme.

9 step

Bake for about 15 minutes or until done. Serve and enjoy!
