Pork chops with mustard-cheese crust

Products

230 g pork loin chops
7 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 ½ tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp mustard
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp basil
2 pinch sea salt
2 pinch black pepper
1 ½ tsp oregano
1 ½ tbsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp thyme
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

In a small bowl, combine the mustard and olive oil.

Add in the spices ‒ garlic powder, thyme, onion powder, oregano, basil and stir well.

3 step

Season the chops on both sides with salt and black pepper.

4 step

Liberally spread the mustard mixture on both sides of the chops.

5 step

On a large plate, spread shredded Parmesan cheese into a thin layer. Coat the mustard covered with it.

6 step

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place chops on the baking sheet.

7 step

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until chops are crisp and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
