Salmon with butter and lemon

Products

170 g salmon
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
2 pinch sea salt
2 pinch ground black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Place the salmon in the prepared baking dish.

3 step

Season with salt and black pepper.

4 step

Cover with lime wedges.

5 step

Add butter on top.

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake fish in the preheated oven for 20–30 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. In the meantime, heat the rest of the butter in a pan until it starts to bubble.

7 step

Squeeze lemon juice in the pan. Remove from heat and let cool a little.

8 step

Serve the fish with the prepared sauce. Enjoy!
