Portobello Baked Egg

Products

4 ½ tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 ½ Portobello Mushroom
1 ½ egg
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. In a baking dish, place the mushroom cap side down and sprinkle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with thyme and salt and place in the preheated oven and broil for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.

Crack an egg into the well of the portobello, sprinkle with thyme and salt and return the mushrooms into the oven.
