1 Minute Protein Brownie

Products

3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 ½ large egg
½ cup almond milk
1 ½ tsp stevia
1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Grease a deep mug and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener and cocoa powder and mix well.

2 step

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

3 step

Bake until desired consistency, remove from the oven and enjoy immediately.

4 step

Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately.
