Creamy and Soft Scrambled eggs

3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch Himalayan pink salt
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk them very well. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter to melt.

Using a wooden or silicone spatula, start swirling the eggs in small circles and across the pan. Stir constantly until eggs are slightly thickened and small curds start to form. Then begin scrambling the eggs across the pan, making larger, creamy curds.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Give it another stir and remove from heat.

Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
