Keto Almond Pork Tenderloin Bites

3 tbsp raw almonds
170 g pork tenderloin
1 ½ tsp oregano
1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
1 ½ tbsp almond flour
1 ½ tsp garlic
1 ½ tsp basil
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Add almonds, almond flour, oregano, basil, garlic to a food processor.

Pour into a bowl.

Cut pork tenderloin into bite size pieces.Coat pork bites with almond mixture.

4 step

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add coconut oil for cooking. Cook pork for 8-10 mins, or until golden brown.
