Make the pizza “crust”: In a large bowl combine the ground beef with the spices: salt, black pepper, oregano, basil.
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the beef onto it.
Press it well with your hands to form nice round shape. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes.
This is the level of doneness you should be chasing.
In the meantime, grease a pan with butter and heat it over high heat. Add the garlic and the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Toss in the spinach and cook for 1 minute more.
Sprinkle with more salt and black pepper, if desired. Set aside.
Place half of the mozzarella cheese onto the meat “crust”.
Then add the mushrooms and spinach.
Top with the other half of the cheese.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
